If you have anything more than a passing interest in photography, then one of the biggest leaps you can make is to develop an understanding of just how your camera works. This group mini workshop will explain the fundamentals of photography and enable you to get off auto in the beautiful Greater Manchester suberb of Sale.
There will be no complicated phrases, or numerical gobledegook! Just clear, easy to understand explanations of how your camera works and, perhaps more importantly, why it does the things it does. Once we have got to grips with the theory, we’ll head onto the practical half of the session, photographing a beauty spot in Sale in full manual mode. By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and practical experience you need to realise the potential of your camera.
All sessions start at Midday, have a duration of approximately 2 hours (dependant on participant numbers) and includes a handy PDF guide to getting off auto sent out following your course.
Once booked details will be sent via email 48 hours prior to your workshop date.
Equipment Required: Any Camera which allows you to control Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO.
Under 16’s: Please note all under 16’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please select the discounted ticket type.
